On 20 October 2017, the government disclosed the refund scheme for selected applicants. The government has now disclosed the full refund scheme including refunds for Employment Appeal Tribunal fees. The scheme is open to claimants and respondents who paid a fee, respondents who reimbursed fees to claimants and to legal representatives who paid a fee on behalf of their client.
